what file do you upload to? and how do you get them to show up in postpit for those who have not added avatar?
Within the ACP Avatars>Add New Avatars from there you should see a "add mulitple avatars" window. As far as assigning a generic avatar to members who have not selected an avatar, I believe you have to install a hack/mod to accomplish this...me thinks anyhoo. ;)
